For our Apostille Services, our pricing is as follows:

• $50.00 Service fee (this includes travel, and  required document printing and preparation).

• $15.00per Notarization

• $100.00per Apostille (Discounted rate of $75.00 applies with purchase of multiple Apostilles.)

• $100.00 Rush Order fee (see below for details on "Rush Orders")

Here is a small list of things that are needed for any of our notary or Apostille services:

• 2 forms of ID ( at least one form needs to be a government or state issued ID with a picture such as a Drivers License or Passport)

• Documents needing notarization and Apostille (notary verbiage must be present on document)

• The person needing their signature notarized must be present and must sign before the notary.

Our Apostille service includes the following services:

• Travel (to signers requested location and to Secretary of States office)

• Document preperation

• Same day drop off

• Notarization

• Apostille hand delivery to Secretary of State

• Apostille delivery to client via mail 

  • Rush Orders can also be requested. With this extended service, we Pick up and Hand deliver your documents back to you as soon as Apostille are complete to avoid USPS Ground wait times.
